Combination Coaching: Executive Function & Academic Coaching
$180 per hour
Six weeks of sessions recommended as an introduction
Two 30 min sessions or one 60 min session per week
For middle schoolers or high school students with multiple diagnosed learning and thinking differences, especially “2e” learners with IEPs or neuropsychological assessments
Required 60 min in-take session to discern client’s strengths, challenges, short-term & long-term goals
Emphasis on rapport and trust between Annie and the coachee
Weekly/bi-weekly sessions scheduled, plus additional check-ins via email or text with the coachee
Email communication with parents highlighting their child’s progress and goals
$180 rate also for coach’s additional attendance at IEP, parent-teacher conferences, parent conferral, and/or other meetings
Teens and Adults: ADHD/Executive Function Coaching
$150 per session
Six weeks of sessions recommended as an introduction
Two 30 min sessions or one 60 min session per week
For high school and college students and adults with executive function difficulties. These students/adults typically have 504 plans and/or ADHD diagnoses.
Required 60 min in-take session to discern client’s strengths, challenges, short-term & long-term goals
Emphasis on rapport and trust between Annie and the coachee
Weekly/bi-weekly sessions scheduled, plus additional check-ins via email or text with coachee
With the coachee’s agreement and collaboration, email communication is provided to parents regarding the young adult’s progress and suggestions for ways parents can support their growth
$150 rate also for coach’s additional attendance at 504 review, parent-teacher conferences, parent conferral, and/or other meetings
Care-Task Coaching: Focuses on Domestic Chores and Personal Fulfillment at Home
$125-150 per hour for coaching
$100-$300 for one or two sessions focusing on a particular routine such as opening and closing duties, meal-planning & cooking, kitchen clean up, bathroom cleaning, laundry, or family morning routines
Focuses on establishing functional systems instead of pintrest-perfect spaces
Focuses on breaking down tasks so that any family member can play a role
Creates levels of implementation: ideal, usual, and “Oh no, we all have day-care colds” survival.
It might potentially convince you to give up folding clothes
4-6 week lightly structured program for families to understand their executive function dynamic and help them find joy and less stress in their morning, weeknight, and evening routines.
Potential Structure includes an initial family meeting with goal setting followed by weekly or biweekly sessions
